Purchasing Analyse-it

• What do I receive when I buy online?

  When you purchase Analyse-it you will receive a product key to unlock the software and a link to download the software. The product key is sent by e-mail or you can log-in to your account to get existing product keys.

• Can I get the software on CD-ROM?

  Yes. When you purchase a licence you can also add a CD-ROM to your order, which will be mailed to you by AirMail. Delivery charges are included in the cost, and delivery takes 2-4 working days for Europe, 5-8 working days for the US/Canada, and upto 10 working days to Australia and the rest of the world.

  You will also receive a product key, and link to download the software, by e-mail so you can start using the software immediately.

• Can I download/reinstall again in future if I don't purchase the CD-ROM ?

  Yes, you can download and reinstall the software as many times as you wish, provided you comply with the terms of the licence. Alternatively you can save the file you download to CD-ROM and keep your own backup.

• How soon will my order be processed?

  When you order online and pay by credit card your will be processed immediately. The invoice/receipt and product key to activate the software is then be sent by e-mail within 10 minutes. If you order online, but choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, your order will not be processed until we receive your payment.

  If you instead order by e-mail, or fax, using a purchase order, we endeavour to process orders the same day, or at least within 24-hours during office hours.

• Will sales tax apply on my order?

  VAT (UK sales tax, currently at 20%) may apply on sales to customers in the United Kingdom and Europe. For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and all other countries, no UK sales tax applies though import duty may apply which are you responsible for paying.

• How can I pay?
  You can make payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card, by cheque, by bank transfer, or on invoice for organisations with established credit history. When paying by check, or bank transfer, your order will not be processed until payment is received.
• In what currency will I be charged?
  Payment can be made in GBP£ (pounds sterling), EUR€ (Euros) or USD$ (US dollars). You can choose which currency you wish to pay in when you add products to your cart, so if one currency if more favourable to you, choose that. Your credit card will then be charged, or your invoice calculated, in the chosen currency.
• Can I buy with a purchase order/pay on invoice?
  If your organisation has an established credit history, then we will be happy to accept a purchase order and invoice you for the software. Our terms are payment within 30-days of the invoice date. You can fax the purchase order or send it by e-mail, please see contact us.
• Can you provide me with a W9/W8-BEN?

  We are based wholly in England, in the United Kingdom, so for US tax purposes we are classed as a Foreign Corporation. For IRS purposes you can download our W8-BEN below:

Licensing, support, and upgrades

• Is the licence price an annual subscription or a one-off payment?

  Prices are for a perpetual licence. That grants you a permenant, non-expiring licence, so you can use the software as long as you wish without further cost. There are no annual fees.

• Will I receive updates to the software for free?

  You will receive all updates to Analyse-it, including minor bug-fixes and major new releases, free for 2-years from the purchase date. After that you can, if you wish, purchase maintenance so you continue to receive all updates free of charge for an additional 2-years.

• Is technical support available after purchase?

  Yes, we provide free lifetime technical support, so if you have any questions on how to install Analylse-it, how to reinstall it, or how to use Analyse-it, you can always contact us for help.

• Can I install the software on my laptop?

  Each per-user (not network) licence allows a single user to install the software on their desktop PC, and also, if they wish, on their laptop PC for use outside the office. The only condition is that both installations of the software are used only by the single user, and not shared between two users.

• What is the difference between per-user and network licences?

  Concurrent-user network licences allow you to share a set of licences among the users on a LAN (local area network). Rather than licences been installed on particular PCs, licences are allocated to LAN users when they start Analyse-it on their PC. When they close Analyse-it the licence is released and another user on the network can then start Analyse-it.	+ Better use of available licences + Easier licence management + Easier software upgrades + Better for many light-users - Requires systems admin install - More expensive

• Can I purchase a cross-grade from the Standard to Method Evaluation edition?

  Yes, if you purchase the Analyse-it Standard edition you can cross-grade to the Method Evaluation edition for just the difference in cost. To purchase an upgrade log-in to your account, click the Upgrade button alongside the licence, click Upgrade to Method Evaluation edition, then proceed to checkout.

• Can I purchase additional licences in future at a discount?

  Yes, if you later wish to buy additional licences, the price is discounted such that you will pay the same as if you had purchased all the licences up-front. To purchase additional licences log-in to your account, click the Upgrade button alongside the licence, choose Additional Licence, adjust the number of additional licences, then proceed to checkout.
